Cancellations must be made through the app/website. Fees may apply based on how close to the scheduled pickup time the cancellation occurs.
Refund Processing
Refunds are subject to internal review. Once approved, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method.
Timeline
Refunds typically take 5–15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing timelines.
Non-Refundable Trips
Completed rides and services where the driver has already reached the pickup location may not be eligible for refunds.
