CK GoNow and CK Tours and Travels:

• Do not own transportation vehicles unless specifically stated
• Do not directly provide transportation services
• Do not employ drivers as employees
• Do not operate as a transport carrier
• Do not guarantee transportation availability at all times

🚘 3. Third-Party Drivers

All drivers, vehicle owners, and transportation providers on CK GoNow are independent third-party service providers.

CK Tours and Travels:

• Does not supervise drivers continuously
• Does not control driver conduct during trips
• Does not guarantee driver behavior
• Does not guarantee driver availability
• Is not liable for acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, or violations committed by drivers

To use CK GoNow:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate registration information
